This site

This site describes Ivan Delač’s one-to-one coaching for business owners. Nothing on it is an offer you can accept online, and reading it doesn’t make you a client.

Applying

• Applying is free and commits you to nothing.
• You must be 18 or over, and the answers you give must be your own and true.
• Ivan decides who he can help. He may not offer you a call or a place.

The Audit call

The Never-Restart Audit is a free 45-minute video call. You can move it with the link in your confirmation. Nothing you say on the call commits you to anything.

Coaching

Coaching starts only when you sign a separate written coaching agreement. That agreement sets the price, how and when you pay, how long the coaching runs and how to cancel. If it and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

Not medical advice

Coaching is not medical care. Read the disclaimer before you start.

Content

The words, video, photos and design of this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may read and share links to them; please don’t copy or republish them.

Liability

We take care that this site is accurate and works, but we can’t promise it’s always available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Law

Croatian law applies. If you’re a consumer, you keep the protection that the mandatory law of the country where you live gives you, and you can bring a claim there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
