Consumer health data notice
Last updated 15 October 2026
Some answers in the application can say something about your health. This notice covers how we handle them. It follows Washington’s My Health My Data Act and similar state laws, and we apply it to everyone.
Who we are
Ivan Delač. Contact:ivan@ivandelac.com.
What we collect
- How you’ve trained before.
- What gets in the way of training, which can include an injury, illness or low energy.
- Anything you add in the notes field.
- Your age range.
- Your answer to the prep question before the call, if you write one.
All of it comes from you, in the application and on the confirmation page. We don’t buy or collect it elsewhere.
Why
To decide whether Ivan can help you, to prepare the Audit call and, if you become a client, to plan your coaching. Nothing else.
Your consent
You give it with the checkbox at step 2 of the application, before any of these questions. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us. We then delete these answers, and we can no longer assess your application.
Who sees it
- Ivan, and Erik at Aurelius, who runs the application process for him.
- Netlify, which stores the application (in Frankfurt, Germany), and Resend, which sends Ivan and Erik its summary.
We never sell it. We never share it with Meta or any other advertiser, and never use it to target ads. If that ever had to change, we would ask for your separate consent first.
Your rights
You can ask whether we hold your health data, get a copy of it and a list of everyone we’ve shared it with, have it deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to ivan@ivandelac.com. We reply within 45 days, or tell you within that time if we need 45 more.
If we say no, reply to ask us to look again. If we still say no and you live in Washington, you can complain to theWashington State Attorney General.
